Auxiliar com a recepção, análise e respostas de ofícios; Manter-se atualizado sobre normativos do Banco Central, CVM, COAF e outros reguladores. Experiências e Qualificações Requisitos Essenciais Formação em Direito; Conhecimento básico de compliance, PLD/FT, KYC/KYP; Organização e capacidade de coordenar demandas simultâneas, atuando com senso de urgência; Facilidade com ferramentas como Excel, Word e sistemas de gestão; Experiência anterior em Compliance PLD (2 anos); Inglês: Nível Intermediário. Requisitos Desejáveis Certificações: PQO Compliance Boa capacidade analítica, organização e atenção aos detalhes. Boa comunicação oral e escrita. Conhecimentos necessários para a função Conhecimento acerca da legislação/normas aplicáveis à área tributária e correlatas; Conhecimento de tributos federais, estaduais e municipais; Conhecimento das Normas da RFB e procedimentos para Solução de Consulta; Conhecimentos das teses tributárias pacificadas e em discussão. Conhecimento acerca da legislação/normas aplicáveis à área de fundos de investimentos; Pacote office | Nível intermediário: Conhecimentos em Excel / Word / Power Point; Perfil operacional e analítico para execução de rotinas com "dead line" de horário diário; Saber priorizar as demandas diárias em função da sua importância/volumetria; Proatividade na busca das informações, soluções, alternativas e entendimento de processos para atendimento das demandas da área e resultados; e Desenvoltura para falar com clientes e auditoria interna/externa.
