- We’re hiring a Junior Creative Strategist to help concept, script, and build brand YouTube channels that people actually want to watch. Not repurposed ads. Not B-roll with voiceovers.

- What You’ll Actually Do
- Script stories, series, and formats that feel native to YouTube, not recycled from other channels
- Hook viewers in the first 5 seconds and keep them for 10 minutes
- Build an idea engine to ensure every brand works on the best of the best ideas
- Write titles and thumbnails that are strategic, clickable, and never clickbait
- Collaborate with editors, creatives, and clients to make every video binge-worthy
- Use data to evolve your approach, without losing your creative instincts

- You’ve launched or helped grow YouTube channels and know how to spot retention killers
- You obsess over pacing, structure, and storytelling (not just aesthetics)

- You can juggle multiple projects and don’t need hand-holding

- You have impeccable English communication skills

- Comfort working remotely and async, ideally on US hours
- Clear and persuasive written and vocal English communication
