We're Bold Slate. We build AI-powered SaaS tools using Cursor, n8n, and Next.js. This is a FULL-TIME, LONG-TERM position - not a one-off project. THE ROLE: You'll work directly with the founders to: - Build n8n workflows and API integrations - Ship Next.js apps with Supabase backends - Execute detailed prompts in Cursor (AI code editor) - Ship real features weekly - not sit in planning meetings MUST-HAVES: - 1-3 years development experience - JavaScript proficiency - GitHub basics - Fluent English (written + verbal) - Available 40 hrs/week, US timezone (9am-6pm EST) - Want full-time salary, not hourly freelance STRONG PLUS: - n8n (or Zapier/Make) - Supabase / PostgreSQL - Next.js / React - AI coding tools (Cursor, Copilot, Claude) IDEAL CANDIDATE: ✓ Has built their own apps/projects (not just followed tutorials) ✓ Uses AI tools to accelerate their workflow ✓ Communicates proactively - no "waiting for instructions" ✓ Wants to learn and ship, not just clock hours COMPENSATION: $15-18/hr USD starting rate 40 hours/week Salary increases based on performance TO APPLY: First, fill out our screening form (5-10 min): https://rdjguczw.formester.com/f/j6bYp138X We'll review and reach out through Upwork to schedule interviews. ⚠️ Proposals without the form completed will not be considered.
