We’re growing fast and need a detail-oriented, hungry Virtual Assistant to handle general tasks across listing optimization, research, spreadsheets, and ops. Training and courses provided. Role (Day-to-Day) Update spreadsheets, track SKUs/inventory, and keep docs organized in Drive/Sheets Research competitors (pricing, images, bullets, reviews) and summarize insights Create and maintain SOP checklists; follow SOPs precisely Assist with basic listing edits (images/copy provided), tickets in Seller Central, and simple CSV uploads Pull reports, clean data, and prepare weekly summaries Draft briefs for designers (image callouts, dimensions, compliance notes) Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up repetitive work (prompts provided) Tools we use Google Sheets/Docs, Amazon Seller Central, Helium 10, Canva, Notion/ClickUp, Slack, ChatGPT.
