Are you a paid ads expert who knows how to turn data into profit? Do you enjoy building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns that drive real ROI? If you’re strategic, analytical, and obsessed with performance — we want you on our team. We’re hiring a Junior Paid Ads Specialist with 1+ years experience in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, plus exposure to other platforms like Bing, Reddit, TikTok, or LinkedIn as a bonus. You’ll manage multiple client accounts, build high-performing campaigns, and continuously optimize to hit KPI targets. What You’ll Be Doing - Creating, managing, and optimizing paid ads campaigns primarily in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Remarketing). - Managing Meta Ads campaigns including conversion, traffic, retargeting, lead generation, and e-commerce campaigns. - Conducting keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis. - Writing compelling ad copy, creating variations, and running structured A/B tests. - Monitoring performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CPM) and implementing optimization strategies. - Setting up tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, Pixel setups, and conversion tracking. - Creating weekly or monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. - Collaborating with the internal team to align campaigns with client goals and creative strategy. - Staying updated on platform changes, best practices, and emerging ad opportunities. What We’re Looking For - 1+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns. - Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structures, audiences, and optimization tactics. - Proven experience running lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns at scale. - Experience managing at least $5,000/month ad spend per account (or higher). - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for optimization decisions. - Excellent English communication skills — written and verbal. - Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. - Experience with Google Ads Editor, Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Events Manager is a major plus. - Bonus experience: Bing Ads, Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.
