  • As a Junior Registration Analyst at Syndigo, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product information is accurate, complete, and ready for approval. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy working with data and supporting quality processes.
  • HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY
  • Review and interpret product packaging information and enter it into our technology platform
  • Ensure all data follows predefined guidelines and models
  • Audit content created by team members and third-party contributors for accuracy
  • Validate and correct information before manufacturer approval
  • Communicate with customers to provide guidance and request approval of finalized content

  • Completed secondary education required; higher education (in progress or completed) is a plus
  • Technical Skills: Comfortable with Windows systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to follow structured processes, and clear communication skills
  • Experience: No prior experience required—we’ll provide training!
  • Ability to work in-person at our Joinville office, 5 days a week.
