Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the user research team in conducting market research on Portuguese-speaking users, collecting and organizing user needs, pain points, and behavioral habits.
2. Manage the arrangement, communication, and support for user interviews with Portuguese speakers, and draft research summaries.
3. Assist in designing and executing user surveys, analyzing data, and producing user insight reports.
4. Provide support for other tasks related to Portuguese-speaking user research.

Job Requirements:

1. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program.
2. Excellent proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing Portuguese (working proficiency required); good English communication skills; Chinese proficiency is a plus.
3. Strong interest in user research, product design, or user experience, with strong learning abilities and logical thinking.
4. Meticulous, responsible, and able to collaborate effectively in a team with strong communication skills.
5. Minimum 3-month internship commitment, at least 4 days per week, based in São Paulo.
