What you’ll do

  • Own the overall business performance and operational excellence of assigned online platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering consistent growth
  • Drive revenue and profitability by managing Net Sales and CTF, leveraging data-driven insights and regular performance analysis to meet and exceed business targets.
  • Optimize seller center operations, including product listings, pricing strategies, promotional planning, and inventory management to ensure competitiveness and efficiency.
  • Enhance product and shop content, and deploy user engagement tools to maximize conversion and win key purchase moments across platforms.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., marketing, supply chain, finance) and external partners to execute account strategies and campaigns effectively.
  • Foster strong, strategic relationships with platform representatives to unlock growth opportunities and ensure smooth execution of joint initiatives.
  • Provide timely and correct reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to stakeholders, offering clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities.

Who you are

  • Min 5 years of experience in Ecommerce (brand or platforms)
  • Experience in managing platform seller center (listing, pricing, campaign set up,…)
  • Results oriented, entrepreneurial and can-do attitude
  • Good at communication & analytical thinking
  • Strong at Excel

Where you’ll be

  • You will be based at the Ho Chi Minh Office, Vietnam
