We’re hiring an experienced Klaviyo email marketing specialist to set up the core lifecycle flows for a DTC eCommerce brand on Shopify. This is a setup-focused project — ideal for someone who has done multiple builds from scratch and knows how to turn a blank Klaviyo account into a revenue-generating machine. You’ll be responsible for strategy, flow structure, copy, and light design using existing brand assets or modular templates. Scope of Work: Conduct a quick audit of the Klaviyo account (if partially set up) Build out 6–8 core automations, including: Welcome Series (email + SMS) Cart & Checkout Abandonment Post-Purchase (first-time vs. repeat) Browse Abandonment Winback / Re-Engagement Sunset Flow Set up essential segments for flows and campaigns Install and configure popup for list capture (email + SMS) Ensure full Shopify integration, event tracking, and deliverability settings Recommend campaign themes or structure to support ongoing retention Provide benchmarks and a brief handoff doc for the internal team Who You Are: Klaviyo expert with proven DTC eCommerce experience Confident building both email and SMS flows Strong strategic thinker — you know what to prioritize and why Skilled at crafting or editing conversion-focused copy Able to move quickly and communicate clearly with project stakeholders To Be Considered, Please Share: 1–2 examples of Klaviyo setups you’ve done from scratch A brief explanation of how you approach flow builds and prioritization A case study, website, or portfolio link Your availability and estimated turnaround time This is a one-time project with potential for ongoing work depending on performance and results.
