- We are seeking a Labor Timekeeper (Apontador de Mão de Obra) to support the Project Manager by tracking labor hours and managing workforce attendance through an access control system with QR Code technology. This role plays a key part in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring accurate data for decision-making.
- Key Responsibilities
- • Develop and maintain a comprehensive access control system for indirect team members at the construction site. This system will monitor their presence throughout the construction phase.
- • Automate workflows and processes across various systems (Excel and SharePoint).
- • Act as a Data Analyst, performing predictive and exploratory analyses to support strategic decisions.
- • Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand needs and propose technical solutions.
- Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- • Proven experience with Data Analysis.
- • Familiarity with corporate environments and tools like SharePoint and advanced Excel.
- • Intermediate to advanced English for communication with global teams.
