Description: We’re a fast-growing staffing firm that helps U.S. companies hire top remote talent from Latin America. We’re looking for a full-charge recruiter who can own the entire recruitment funnel -from sourcing to placement - and build systems that drive consistent candidate flow. You’ll be responsible for attracting, vetting, and coordinating high-volume pipelines of qualified professionals for roles across operations, marketing, admin, finance, and more. This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows the Latin American talent market and has worked with U.S.-based clients. What You’ll Do: - Source top-tier candidates across LATAM using job boards, social media, and outreach tools - Screen, interview, and vet candidates for skill, communication, and cultural fit - Maintain and optimize ATS pipelines for active roles - Drive candidate engagement, scheduling, and updates with clients and internal teams - Build scalable systems to attract hundreds of applicants per role using automation or marketing tools - Track KPIs like time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience recruiting for U.S. companies from Latin America - Strong English and clear written communication - Understanding of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and recruiting automations - Ownership mindset—you take charge of outcomes, not just tasks - Ability to manage high-volume pipelines without dropping details Compensation: Part-time, long-term position.
