  • Job Description
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to join our dynamic Sales & E-Commerce team. This role is critical in driving data-informed decisions by tracking and analyzing monthly sales performance, market share trends, and Cricut’s position across key retailers and online platforms, including growth opportunities in Latin America.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Tracking & Reporting
  • Monitor and report monthly sales in and out across retail and e-commerce channels.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance by account, category, and product line.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate trends and insights.
  • Market Share Analysis
  • Analyze Cricut’s market share across key retailers and platforms.
  • Benchmark performance against competitors using syndicated data sources.
  • Identify growth opportunities and areas of concern based on market dynamics.
  • Retailer & Platform Insights
  • Track performance metrics for top retail partners and e-commerce platforms.
  • Collaborate with account managers to provide actionable insights for sales strategies.
  • Support promotional planning and post-event analysis with data-driven evaluations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to align on forecasts and performance metrics.
  • Assist in preparing executive-level presentations and business reviews.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or retail analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience with syndicated data (e.g., NPD, Circana, Nielsen) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.
