What You Will Do As Lead, D&A Capabilities & Engagement, you will play a key role in shaping the culture and effectiveness of the Kenvue Data & Analytics (D&A) organization. You will own and shape our D&A Hub and Knowledge Base, drive onboarding initiatives, champion employee engagement efforts, and lead centralized training and upskilling programs. In this role, you will ensure that our team is not only informed and integrated but also empowered to thrive in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Own and maintain the D&A Hub and Knowledge Base, ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and governed. Lead onboarding programs and organizational awareness efforts to accelerate integration and productivity of new hires. Lead centralized training programs, including process training and capability development. Champion employee engagement initiatives, including Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) programs. Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver culture-building activities across the D&A organization. Measure and report on engagement metrics and feedback loops. Coordinate and facilitate D&A town halls and staff meetings, including agenda planning, content development, speaker alignment, and post-event communications Track vacancies, recruiting status, and planned start dates for new hires, in partnership with various hiring managers. Maintain an accurate and up-to-date view of organizational structure, tracking vacancies, movements, and role changes Centrally manage job profiles and job descriptions in alignment with organizational needs Provide regular status updates on recruiting activities and quarterly financial forecasts related to staffing. Publish organizational announcements and support other onboarding activities as required. What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 6+ years of business experience Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills Demonstrated success in designing, maintaining, and governing centralized knowledge bases or intranet hubs Hands-on experience with tools like Workday, SharePoint, Confluence, or LMS platforms for managing data related to employees, skills, and training content Ability to plan, coordinate, and facilitate internal events such as town halls, all-hands, or staff meetings Ability to work cross-functionally to gather input, align messaging, and ensure consistent communication across teams and leadership levels Familiarity with Digital and Data & Analytics concepts (e.g., Data Governance, Reporting and Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, Intelligent Automation) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proactive attitude, comfortable following up and driving adherence to timelines. Experience working in large, matrixed enterprise environments, with demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive cross-functional alignment Desired Qualifications Advanced degree (e.g., Master of Business Administration is preferred), with specialization in Business, HR, Communications, or related field. Experience in HR, talent development, or learning & development functions with a focus on capability building Experience creating and executing structured onboarding programs Experience leading employee engagement programs, including Diversity & Inclusion initiatives Familiarity with change management frameworks and experience supporting organizational transitions Familiarity with Agile and Scrum framework is a plus.
