About Us We are Noir Haus Collective — a boutique lead generation and marketing agency serving luxury medical spas and aesthetic practices. We are currently building our internal team so we can activate smoothly as soon as new clients are secured. ⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ: This role begins with internal setup work only. Client outreach begins after a client contract is secured. We are intentionally building a strong internal foundation first. ⸻ Responsibilities Prospecting & Research • Source qualified aesthetic practices and med spas that meet our revenue criteria (3 clients) • Perform advanced prospecting using Apollo, LinkedIn, Google Maps, and niche directories • Verify and clean email data for accuracy • Organize leads into structured lists segmented by quality (Tier A/B/C) Outreach Setup & Management • Build cold outreach campaigns using our templates • Personalize messages for target segments • Monitor deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and bounce rates • Improve messaging and targeting based on performance Pipeline & CRM Management • Update lead statuses inside ClickUp • Maintain a clean, well-segmented pipeline • Hand off qualified replies to the Founder • Provide weekly summaries of performance and lead flow Execution & Quality Control • Hit weekly sourcing and outreach targets • Maintain precision and accuracy • Identify & resolve deliverability issues • Follow internal SOPs (provided to you) ⸻ Requirements • Proven experience as a Lead Generation Specialist • Proficiency with core industry-standard tools, including: • Apollo.io • LinkedIn & LinkedIn Sales Navigator • Email finders (Hunter, Clearbit, Apollo, etc.) • Email outreach platforms (Instantly, Lemlist, SmartLead, etc.) • Google Sheets or Excel • Strong English (written + verbal) • Extremely organized and detail-driven • Able to work independently • Strong research and data-cleaning skills • Stable internet + reliable weekly availability ⸻ Preferred Experience • Marketing agency lead gen • B2B outreach for service-based businesses • Experience with medspas or aesthetic brands • Knowledge of email deliverability best practices • Strong KPI and performance tracking skills ⸻ Soft Skills We Value • Consistency • Accuracy • Clear, concise communication • Calm under pressure • Proactive and self-directed • Ownership mindset ⸻ Expected Hours 12–18 hours per week to start (Will increase as the agency scales) ⸻ Pay Range $6–10/hour (depending on experience) ⸻ Contract Structure • Part-time • Long-term (6–12+ months) • 30-day trial → then ongoing monthly contract • Client-facing work begins after clients are secured • Initial month focuses on internal structure, list-building, and setup ⸻ Tools We Use • Apollo.io • LinkedIn Sales Navigator • ClickUp • Instantly / Lemlist / SmartLead • Google Sheets ⸻ ✅ Pre-Qualifying Questions Applicants must answer these when submitting a proposal: 1.
