  • As Lead Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our next-generation
  • products, working closely with engineering and user experience teams to bring
  • innovative solutions to market. Our team operates like a startup, valuing

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Here's what you can expect on a typical day

  • * Scrum. You'll start each day working with teams to understand
  • responsibilities, identify any issues, and communicate priorities. You'll
  • continue to have meetings throughout the day as you create and organize your
  • roadmap.
  • * Research & Requirements. You'll own the product vision. You'll document and
  • prioritise features. You know where your product fits across the competitive
  • landscape, and are always learning and researching new industry trends to
  • make your product better. Your roadmap comes together based on feedback from
  • our clients, the market, ADP's goals, and the future of technology.
  • * Relationships. You'll create strong alliances with diverse stakeholders,
  • collaborating across multiple teams with developers, other product managers,
  • UX teams and more to share your vision, receive feedback, continually drive
  • innovation and make your product the best it can be.
  • * Variety of work. There is no typical day. You could be working with UX teams
  • on client experience journeys to delivering new features, product
  • enhancements, or creating new services. Best part? You'll get to see those
  • ideas come to life.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE

  • * Strong experience of progressive product management with software products,
  • with at least 5 in a product owner role on a scrum team.
  • * Advanced English;
  • * Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence
  • and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational
  • levels in both oral and written communications.
  • * An analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making, market
  • analysis, and performance measurement.
  • * Experience in the following product areas is a plus: Human Resources,
  • Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Social Media.
