About the Role

• We are seeking a proactive Legal Case Manager with 2+ years of experience managing multiple legal cases from intake to resolution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of coordinating complex case workflows while maintaining excellent client communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cases from intake to resolution, tracking deadlines, filings, and communications.
• Maintain and update case management software with accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, medical providers, and courts to ensure smooth case progression.
• Summarize case developments and prepare reports for attorneys.
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, depositions, and witness communications.
• Identify bottlenecks or issues in case workflows and recommend solutions.

• Requirements
• 2+ years in legal case management or paralegal support.
• Familiarity with case management systems (Clio, MyCase, etc.).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-volume environments.
