- Job Description
- We’re hiring a Legal Intern to support our Business and Operations teams across Brazil. This is a hands-on in-house role where you’ll assist with contract reviews, signature processes, and the legal aspects of integrating newly acquired companies. It’s a great opportunity to learn a wide range of legal and business topics within a multinational company.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and draft commercial legal documents, including Master Services Agreements (MSAs), Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and Terms & Conditions.
- Support fast, efficient signature and contracting processes and advise on related legal requirements.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to respond to routine legal inquiries, escalating to the Legal Manager when necessary.
- Assist the Legal Manager with weekly reporting and maintaining organized document storage in the group legal database.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have
- Solid understanding of general commercial and civil law.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks or requests concurrently, with strong organizational skills.
- Proficency in Microsoft Office; technologically savvy with a quick learner of new tools.
- Business-oriented mindset, able to align legal perspectives with overarching business objectives.
- Agile and resilient, adept at adapting to rapid changes and new situations.
- Strong team player with a collaborative approach that fosters an engaging and productive environment.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
Education & Experience
- Currently in the 4th year from a reputable Law School in Brazil.
- Prior experience in an international setting (multinational company or international law firm) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must, being able to work in another language is a big plus.
