Our client is a large multinational company, recognized for its quality and excellence in products.Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAct strategically and consultatively, providing legal support to all business areas in Brazil and abroad;Lead and coordinate activities related to commercial, corporate, regulatory, labor, civil litigation, and general advisory matters;Manage and review national and international contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation;Support due diligence and M&A processes, actively participating in negotiations and deal structuring;Coordinate relationships with external law firms, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and guidelines;Work closely with business, compliance, and governance teams, providing strategic legal advice;Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, identify potential risks, and propose preventive measures;Support continuous improvement initiatives for internal processes and the implementation of legal governance best practices.Requisitos e qualificaçõesBachelor’s degree in law with active OAB registration;Fluent English;Minimum of 10 to 12 years of legal experience in multinational companies;Broad generalist background with solid expertise in contracts, corporate, litigation, labor, regulatory, and compliance matters;Strong analytical skills, business acumen, proactivity, and excellent communication abilities.Informações adicionaisWork model: On-site;Contract duration: 6 (six) months, with the possibility of permanent hire;Contract type: Associate;Reporting line: President.
