I am seeking a reliable and organized freelancer to assist with various ad hoc tasks related to my rental property business and personal life. Responsibilities may include a wide variety of administrative tasks such as: managing schedules, booking business and personal appointments, handling correspondence, finding vendors/contractors, supporting basic rental property operations, coordinating cleaning services, ordering groceries and other household items, and light data entry and bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks effectively. Your ability to manage time and communicate clearly will be essential in this role. If you have experience in administrative support or property management, I would love to hear from you! NOTE: The volume of work may be very light some months, so this is ideal for someone looking to take on a few additional hours of work per moth to supplement other larger jobs or projects.
