I’m looking for an experienced LinkedIn specialist to help overhaul and optimize a LinkedIn profile that spans three different career paths. The goal is to create a cohesive, professional narrative that highlights all areas without confusing the audience or hurting search visibility. This project includes: • Reviewing the user’s current LinkedIn presence • Spending a few hours live (Zoom/Teams) understanding their background, strengths, and goals • Creating a structured, polished profile that incorporates all three career paths • Providing training and ongoing guidance so the user can continue improving the profile after the project • Advising on best practices for visibility, networking, and positioning Requirements: • Deep, hands-on knowledge of LinkedIn profile optimization • Experience working with clients who have multiple roles or industries • Strong writing and branding skills • Ability to coach, guide, and explain best practices • Must be comfortable doing live working sessions Deliverables: • Optimized headline, About section, Experience sections, and Skills • Strategy for how to position three different careers in one profile • A few hours of training/coaching after the profile is updated If you have examples of LinkedIn profiles you’ve improved or can explain your process, please include that in your proposal.
