About Me I run ScoopDoods, a pet waste cleanup (“pooper scooper”) service in Washington, DC and Arlington, VA. We help families keep their yards clean, safe, and enjoyable. We already have a logo, website (scoopdoods.dog), and have tested some ad creatives without a ton of success. I'd like to take the next step and just retain help. I am looking to scale and willing to increase my budget as proven ad copy is shown through test budget. What I’m Looking For I need a marketing freelancer to help me: Set up and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead ads to generate new local customers. Optimize campaigns for cost per lead and conversions. Provide basic reporting/insights on what’s working and directions we are taking. Create ad copy, improve targeting, budget advice and allocation. Would be nice to have someone familiar with SEO as well (less important but willing to pay extra. Initial test project: ~$350+ to set up ads and run for 2–3 weeks. Ongoing work: If results are good, I’d like to move to a monthly arrangement (around $500-$750/month for management, plus $1-3000 per month in ad spend).
