Logistics and Supply Chain Manager 1. Outbound Shipments Ensure all ecommerce orders are processed correctly by the warehouse team Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues through portals/support Dealing with fedex directly to ensure problems are solved 2. Inbound Shipments Track inbound POs, delivery windows, and vendor updates Confirm receiving reports from the warehouse and verify inventory Flag discrepancies and follow up with vendors or internal teams Organize freight process with vendors to ship goods to the mainland 3. Warehouse Management Communicate daily priorities and workflow to warehouse team and internal team Monitor stock levels via software and request replenishment when needed Ensure warehouse follows SOPs by reviewing logs, photos, and reports 4. Inventory Management Maintain inventory accuracy through the system (updates, adjustments) Review cycle count reports submitted by the warehouse team Identify variances and issues with inventory Ensure we’re always keeping items in stock 5. Customer Service (Back End) Handle order issues, replacements, tracking requests, and escalations Communicate with customers via email/support channels Coordinate solutions with the warehouse when physical action is required 6. Process Improvement Review current workflows and identify gaps in communication or systems Propose improvements that streamline fulfillment and customer operations Test new software, apps, or automation tools and provide feedback 7. Quality Control Review warehouse QC reports or photos for accuracy Flag recurring product issues or packaging inconsistencies Communicate standards clearly and ensure SOP compliance
