Your Role at Monday Merch As a Logistics Operator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods across borders. Your expertise in export processes and logistics management will help keep our supply chain efficient, compliant, and seamless. What We’re Looking For - Experience in logistics and supply chain operations, particularly in exporting from the EU to non-EU countries. - Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners. - Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive problem-solver with a results-driven mindset. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and logistics management platforms. - A university-level mindset – we value strategic thinkers, regardless of your field of study. - Fluency in English is required.
