We will be ordering multiple logos over a span of time. You must demonstrate your ability to bring value and results to our company. If we decide to hire you then we will offer consistent work using your skillset, but we will need reliability, even temperament, and qualitative results. Contractor Role: The logo designer will be given a completed questionnaire, brand data, and all design prep information needed for you to start creating mock ups designs. We will be doing 60-70% of a designers job in gathering all materials, intelligence, and references, so we are just looking for designers with great ideas that will execute the tasks we assign them. The design-er(s) we bring on board must understand that they are being brought as contractors/employees who must carry out our instructions and they will be offered consistent projects and payment on a project to project basis. Therefore, you must sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality, non-solicitation, and we must own all IP rights, title, interests, copy-right, and trademark with all creative input, ideas, designs, and graphics you contribute to the project, because we will be transferring it over to our client.
