I’m looking for a reliable, detail-oriented analyst with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to support ongoing feasibility and asset management projects. This is a long-term role — ideal for someone experienced with data organization, market research, and reporting. Models and templates are already available as well. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct market research for feasibility studies (economic and demographic information, supply, demand, pipeline, and trends) • Prepare and update monthly asset management reports (performance tracking, KPI summaries, variances) • Format and organize data into Excel tables, charts, and PowerPoint visuals • Perform brand competitive benchmarking
