Overview: We are a video marketing company that builds high-impact, executive-facing reporting dashboards for our clients to see performance of our services related to LinkedIn organic video posting and also paid advertising. We are looking for an expert-level Looker Studio specialist to build a LinkedIn-only reporting dashboard that integrates Paid + Organic data across LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Company Pages, and LinkedIn Personal Profiles (for multiple creators). This dashboard must be professionally designed, highly visual, reliable, simple to maintain, and able to pull real-time data through SOC2 compliant connectors. We need someone who is deeply fluent in Looker Studio, able to blend complex datasets, build formulas, organize qualitative demographic data, and create scalable dashboard systems that clients can easily authorize and plug into themselves. Required Expertise: Looker Studio Mastery You must have expert-level command over Looker Studio, including: -Integrating and configuring multiple data sources -Mapping, organizing, and naming data fields cleanly -Creating advanced visual dashboards using charts, graphs, scorecards, tables, heatmaps, and blended views -Building custom formulas and calculated fields -Using RegEx and layered calculations -Designing dashboards that are simple to update and maintain -Editing and customizing existing templates from connectors like Windsor or Coupler -Adding embedded elements (iframes), external links, and narrative/summary text areas -Structuring dashboards for clarity, client-readability, and high-level insights Data Connector Expertise (SOC2 Compliant Only) You must have direct experience using tools like: -Supermetrics -Windsor.ai (including “Authorize via Link” authentication workflows) -Coupler.io -Metricool as a data source (Metricool → Looker Studio connector) You must know how to: -Connect LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn Company Pages, and LinkedIn Personal Profiles through these tools -Ensure clients can connect their own accounts securely with their own credentials -Troubleshoot permissions and access levels (e.g., limited Page Admin access scenarios) -Use Windsor.ai’s Authorize via Link so clients can self-authorize data Dashboard Requirements: Data Sources to Be Integrated -LinkedIn Ads Manager (Paid) -LinkedIn Company Page (Organic) -LinkedIn Personal Profiles (Organic) — for 3 creator profiles -Metricool data (for advanced organic video stats such as watch time) Quantitative Metrics Required: You must pull and correctly visualize all the following, for: -Entire company/organization -Each LinkedIn Personal Profile creator -Paid Ads + Organic, separately and combined -Cumulative totals -Monthly view, with full date-range filters Metrics to include: -Followers (Company Page + Personal Profiles) -Impressions (Paid + Organic) -Views (Paid + Organic) -Video Completions / 100% Viewed (Paid + Organic) -Video Watch Time Hours -Organic watch time must be calculated by summing individual post watch time pulled from Metricool -Likes / Reactions -Comments -Shares These must be displayed as both: -Cumulative totals -Month-over-month views -Filterable by date range Qualitative Demographic Data (LinkedIn Professional Demographics) From LinkedIn Ads, we need visualized breakdowns for: -Top Companies (impressions, clicks, engagements, completions) -Top Job Titles -Top Job Functions -Top Job Seniorities -Top Company Sizes -Top Company Revenue Bands -Top Industries Must be sortable and filterable across: -All campaigns combined -Specific date ranges Technical Skills Needed: Data Blending & Formulas You must be able to: -Blend Paid + Organic datasets -Blend Company + Personal Profile datasets -Use formulas (including RegEx when needed) -Calculate Earned Media Value based on organic impressions and estimated CPMs -Calculate watch time hours via Metricool fields -Combine multiple data sources into unified visualizations Dashboard Design Requirements The dashboard must include: -Clean, organized structure -High-level summary KPI section -Monthly performance views -Creator-by-creator performance comparisons -Paid vs Organic comparisons -Campaign-level drilldowns -Visual storytelling and narrative section -Embedded iframes (e.g., Monday.com boards) -Clickable links to external dashboards (Fibbler, RB2B, etc.) Integration & Maintenance: -Dashboard must be simple for us to update -All fields must be clearly labeled -Template-like structure that can be duplicated for new clients -Ability for clients to self-authorize data via Windsor link or similar Examples of the Style and Complexity Required Your work should be equal or better to dashboards from: --Windsor.ai Looker Studio Examples: https://lookerstudio.google.com/u/1/reporting/b7975335-b64b-4e0a-a9ad-275d2b64823e/page/T4YOB https://lookerstudio.google.com/u/0/reporting/48c4372b-8382-4956-bda7-4842a05d5fbf/page/p_8tcy0isc2c --Coupler.io Looker Studio Examples: https://lookerstudio.google.com/u/0/reporting/456e491c-b012-4206-8f46-04261f040ef2/page/p_3p98rzttfd?originpath=app.coupler.io%2Fapp%2Ftemplates Note: We will not use Portermetrics (non–SOC2 compliant), but we want dashboards at a similar quality level - https://portermetrics.com/en/templates/google-looker-studio/linkedin-ads-understory-reports/ Deliverables A fully built Looker Studio dashboard with: -All quantitative and qualitative LinkedIn data -Blended paid + organic performance -Company + Personal profile views -Filters, comparisons, date controls -Creator performance rankings -OKR/KPI summary section -Narrative/insights text area -Embedded iframes & external links -Clear structure for easy duplication for new clients -Instructions for how clients can self-connect their data -Final review & revisions Timeline The entire dashboard must be completed within 3-5 days.
