We’re looking for a Title Abstractor / Property Research Specialist to help investigate property records, verify ownership, and ensure title accuracy. This role is perfect for someone naturally investigative, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy who enjoys solving property puzzles and digging through public records. Responsibilities: -Research and analyze deeds, probate filings, and tax records from county databases. -Build ownership chains and identify missing links or heirs. -Flag title discrepancies or defects and locate supporting documents. -Summarize findings clearly for the acquisitions team. -Maintain organized digital files and collaborate with the sales and research teams. Qualifications: -Experience in property title research, abstracting, or legal documentation (preferred). -Strong attention to detail and investigative mindset. -Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and online county databases. -Excellent written and spoken English. This is a full-time role (40 hours). Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm CST. We are looking for someone to grow with our company and stay with us for years.
