We are a retailer based in the US that has a contract with a Brazilian corporation that provides staffing services. We're looking to make some changes to our relationship with this company and some of the employees of this Brazilian company, and are looking for someone who can work hands-on with the head of this Brazilian company to help us understand how to handle this matter and Brazilian employment/contract law.
