I’m looking for a native-English communicator to become the voice of our distributed engineering collective, DevGenics. You’ll step into a client-facing role where our software engineering team handle the code and you handle the conversation. What you’ll do • Join scheduled client calls and interviews alongside me and my senior engineers. • Translate our technical updates into clear, business-friendly language and relay client feedback back to the team. • Draft concise call summaries, proposals, and follow-up emails so projects keep moving smoothly. Why you’ll fit Your background in technical support means you already know how to bridge users and developers. You’ve told me you’re very comfortable explaining technical concepts, and you’ve worked in the Technology/IT sector, so you’ll feel at home with topics like full-stack architecture, agile sprints, and cloud infrastructure. What you’ll get • A fully remote, flexible schedule with all meetings pre-teed-up and pre-briefed. • Access to our documentation, internal Slack, Loom walkthroughs, and any tooling you need to shine. • Profit-share on every project you help shepherd to the finish line, so your earnings scale with our success. Scope and cadence Expect two to five client sessions per week at the outset, plus light written follow-ups. As our pipeline grows, we’ll expand your involvement to discovery workshops and proposal reviews, all while we keep the heavy technical lifting in-house.
