• In this role, you will design, build, and deploy advanced machine learning and natural language processing models for impactful, real-world applications. You will work across multiple projects, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business teams to develop scalable ML infrastructure and innovative solutions. The position requires expertise in NLP, LLMs, and production-grade ML systems, with a focus on building models that are ethical, high-quality, and trustworthy. • Accountabilities
• Ideate, develop, and deploy scalable, cost-efficient machine learning and NLP models.
• Build and maintain infrastructure for training, evaluating, and serving models.
• Analyze datasets to optimize current approaches and prototype new solutions.
• Develop tools and processes for sourcing, analyzing, labeling, and storing conversation data.
• Ensure all ML solutions adhere to principles of fairness, quality, and ethical AI use.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production workflows.
• 3+ years of experience building production-grade machine learning models in industry or academic research.
• Expertise in NLP applications such as conversational AI, speech recognition, text-to-speech, natural language generation, text classification, question-answering, chatbots, and summarization.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with deep learning/NLP frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, NLTK, spaCy, and Pandas.
• Experience designing end-to-end ML infrastructure on cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) or on-premise systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
