• What you’ll do
• Maintaining cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and the appearance of a facility.
• Responsible for facility upkeep and appearance.
• May need to do work relating to the exterior of the building (snow removal, rake leaves, etc.).
• Gather and empty trash and trash bins.
• Wash windows, walls, and glass.
• Keep buildings secure by locking doors.
• Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, or vacuuming.
• Clean spills and other hazards using squeegees and sponges.
• Clean bathrooms and stock them with soap, toilet paper, and other supplies.
• Reports the needs for building or equipment repair to the supervisor.
• Replaces light bulbs and/or reports safety hazards to the supervisor.
• Maintain tools, janitorial, and maintenance equipment in an organized manner.

• This role is based in our São Paulo facility. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in-person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
