  • Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is building a world-class finance organization and is looking for an experienced, top notch Finance Manager to add to the team. The position requires a well-rounded individual who has demonstrated the ability to deliver results in a dynamic fast-paced environment. This person will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, metrics/KPIs reporting and analysis and business partnering for LATAM Sales as a key member of our Finance team.

  • Opex and HC management for Sales, ensuring adherence to Plan, targets
  • Drive the forecasting & consolidation process, ensuring a high degree of accuracy
  • Provide budget vs. actuals analysis, providing meaningful insight on any material variances
  • Meet deliverables, requests from business partners, Corporate FP&A, Accounting and other G&A functions
  • Help Sales organization achieve, meet any compliance/statutory obligations
  • Build a world-class Finance team through hiring, mentorship, and professional development
  • Business
  • Create reports and predictive financial models pertaining to: Sales team productivity, program analysis & performance, and bookings projections amongst others
  • Create reports and predictive financial models pertaining to: pipeline health, customer analytics, program performance, discounting and bookings projections amongst others
  • Evaluate new go-to-market initiatives, including business plans to expand business, assessing financial impact, viability, etc.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and metrics to identify key trends, risks and opportunities
  • With thorough data analysis, provide insightful and actionable metrics and recommendations
  • Ad hoc and regular analyses of the business to drive a high-level of corporate performance and to assist with executive decision making
  • Collaborate across the company to improve processes and procedures as needed
  • Qualifications
  • Your Experience
  • BA/BS in finance or related discipline, MBA preferred, and 8-10+ years related experience
  • Record of strong achievement and desire for increased responsibilities
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish & English
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Suite skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models;
  • Advanced Power BI or Tableau skills with the ability to analyze large amounts of data and maintain complex financial models;
  • Experience and expertise in utilization of data, CRM, Planning and ERP systems such as Business Objects, Salesforce.com, SAP, and SAP BPC
  • Experience as a people manager, responsible for hiring and team development
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced and continually evolving environment
  • Experience supporting a high-technology organization strongly desired;
  • Experience interacting with Sales is highly appreciated;
