- Overview
- Lead the management and optimization of PepsiCo's internal consumer survey panel to deliver actionable insights that drive marketing and business decisions. This role ensures panel health, engagement, and strategic utilization while overseeing complex brand equity tracking. The role may also include broader consulting on 1P/consumer data insights/analytics initiatives
- Responsibilities
- Panel Management & Strategy
- Maintain overall health of the consumer survey panel, ensuring data quality and representativeness.
- Develop and implement recruitment and engagement strategies to grow and sustain panel participation.
- Advise cross-functional teams on best practices for leveraging the panel to meet research objectives.
- Survey Design & Execution
- Identify appropriate panelists for each study based on targeting criteria.
- Design survey questionnaires and logic aligned with research goals.
- Manage consumer communications throughout the survey lifecycle.
- Monitor survey performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely completion.
- Analyze survey results and deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Brand Equity Tracking
- Own and oversee the brand equity tracking capability within the panel
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of brand health metrics.
- Partner with analytics and marketing teams to integrate tracking insights into strategic planning.
- Collaboration & Governance
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to align on objectives and measurement plans.
- Champion data-driven decision-making and ensure compliance with privacy and ethical standards.
Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $1,06,400 - $178,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

- Qualifications
- Strong background in marketing analytics, consumer research, and survey methodologies.
- Experience managing large-scale panels and complex tracking studies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization platforms.
