The Role The Manager, Revenue Optimization & Analytics - Network Services, will support the development and execution of pricing initiatives that drive Services products growth, enhance customer value, and align with regional priorities. This individual will conduct in-depth financial modelling and customer analysis to assess pricing impacts and opportunities, working closely with key stakeholders at global and regional levels to drive alignment on pricing constructs and revenue generating initiatives. This role requires strong analytical skills, regional business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures. In this role, you will: • Develop and implement pricing strategies to LAC markets, considering customer needs, local regulatory environments, competitive dynamics, and global product roadmaps and pricing strategies • Create business cases and different models of pricing structures for the three lines of products: SSO, B&MI and CA&E, in partnership with the product owners. • Help the Product teams socialize these pricing proposals with the LAC divisions, collect inputs, and iterate the models with the feedback from the region. • Coordinate the pricing proposals milestones and timelines for pricing committee with P&I, aligned with the NS team goals and launch plans. • Create and manage the products and initiatives revenue forecast, with detailed projections by product line and division, and align with Finance, P&I, and Global Network Services for budgeting, tracking and reporting. • Partner with Products to produce key presentation materials and support on regional alignment and pricing committees. All About You • BA/BSC, with previous experience in payments or financial services, and in at least one of the following areas: strategy, consulting, finance, economics, and pricing (pricing experience a plus). • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools. • Excellent communication skills in English, and Spanish or Portuguese. • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders. • Team player and self-starter with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
