We are a fast-growing marketing & e-commerce agency seeking an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager to fully own our hiring pipeline. We consistently need to place key roles (media buyers, creators, designers, brand managers, account managers, UGC talent, etc.), but struggle with internal follow-through. We need someone to create structure, maintain momentum, and ensure roles get filled quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has experience hiring for marketing agencies, understands the pace of growth businesses, and thrives in fast-moving environments. This is not just sourcing—this is management of the entire recruitment process. Responsibilities: - Build and manage a streamlined recruitment process - Identify hiring needs and define role requirements with leadership - Source and filter candidates across Upwork, LinkedIn, job boards, and talent networks - Manage full pipeline: outreach, screening, interviews, and scheduling - Keep leadership accountable and maintain momentum - Track KPIs (time-to-hire, candidate quality, pipeline stage, etc.) - Coordinate onboarding and transition to department leads Requirements: - 2+ years experience recruiting for marketing / creative / e-commerce agencies - Proven ability to fill roles quickly with high-quality talent - Strong organization and operations mindset - Excellent communication and follow-through - Ability to manage multiple open roles at once Roles We Commonly Hire: **Media buyers (Meta/TikTok/Google/ASA) **Video editors / designer / copywriter **UGC creators & influencers **Marketing managers / account managers **Brand strategy / ops roles **Fulfillment & logistics support What Success Looks Like: - Clear and organized recruitment pipeline without black holes - Weekly hiring reports - 10–15 qualified screening calls per week - Transparent next steps and timelines - Roles filled in 2 weeks depending on complexity
