• What You’ll Do
• Create and repurpose marketing content
• Use Canva to design graphics, flyers, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Support listing management
• Update and maintain property listings on Apartments.com and other rental platforms.
• Run day-to-day social media tasks
• Schedule posts, update content, and keep Facebook and Instagram active and aligned with the brand.
• Keep the brand consistent
• Make sure all materials follow brand guidelines and are published accurately.
• Track engagement
• Monitor basic interactions on social media and respond to simple inquiries when needed.
• Stay organized with a content calendar
• Plan out posts, campaigns, and updates so everything goes out on schedule.
• What You Bring
• Basic marketing skills and familiarity with property management marketing
• Proficiency in Canva for creating clean, appealing graphics
• Experience updating websites and property listings
• Working knowledge of social media scheduling and posting
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Clear written and verbal communication
