The Marketing Coordinator will enable growth and profitability of the product line by providing daily support in developing and implementing local product launches, helping identify market opportunities, and mapping competitors plus price positioning. Will be one of the links with the regional marketing & plant teams, providing inputs and pushing for local needs. Will also be responsible for coordinating the small domestic appliances and gardening team, helping review launch pack content (online/offline), tracking sales performance, planning meetings, trade show support, market share databases, and take actions based on KPIs and market data. Coordinate the Small Domestic Appliance and Outdoor/Gardening (OHP) team and provide support and solutions to daily challenges. Support the Marketing Manager with updated scenarios of the market, projects, positioning, and others. Coordinate product developments with the Chinese team and external suppliers. Coordinate product certifications, artworks, and full launching plan Support the Marketing Manager with product line analysis (P&L, distribution growth, competitive scenario, sales evolution) Active participation in the forecast process (IBP, demand review, supply review) Support the commercial team with information, samples, and product data, tracking and taking advantage of business opportunities Monitoring and communicating market trends, and consumer feedback. Proactive portfolio management, reviewing training materials and project management Ensure that Stanley Black & Decker brands are recognized as an important player through increased revenue, brand awareness, and market share. Develop and Implement Channel strategies for the SBU’s categories with inputs and support to the commercial team. Support the Trade Marketing team, providing information and promotion suggestions that meet the business need. Coordinates communication with the Sales Team, Sales Admin, After-Sales, Trade Marketing, plant, and other team members. Handle pieces of training and presentations on special events and quarterly meetings EMPLOYEE SPECIFICATIONS (MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED AND KEY PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS) Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Design, Advertising or related field Prior product marketing focused, category and brand management experience Small Domestic Appliances, Large Domestic Appliances, or related market experience is preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese are mandatory. Spanish is a plus. Operate with a high degree of integrity and accountability Ability to work independently to achieve results in all categories Excellent skills in Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook Good knowledge of graphic applications: Photoshop, Indesing, Illustrator Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills Demonstrated initiative with a willingness to overcome challenges and obstacles Possess excellent critical thinking, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills Possess exceptional team building abilities Maintain appropriate conduct in and out of the office environment when representing Stanley Black & Decker Ability to adapt to change and implement change management tools Position will be based in São Paulo city (flex time) We Don’t Just Build The World, We Build Innovative Technology Too.
