  • As a Marketing Director, you will lead and elevate our global B2B marketing strategy — driving brand growth, market expansion, and commercial impact. You’ll shape the marketing vision, build high-impact partnerships, and lead a collaborative team that connects our products with travel professionals around the world.
  • This is a remote position, open to candidates residing in Argentina, Brazil, South Africa and Portugal.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Architect and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and sales goals.
  • Build and evolve the long-term marketing roadmap, balancing brand development, demand generation, and commercial impact.
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and external partners to ensure marketing strategies unlock new opportunities and accelerate go-to-market impact.
  • Drive joint campaigns and co-marketing strategies with industry partners, alliances, and key accounts.
  • Lead ongoing market, competitor, and customer analysis to identify trends, inform targeting, and shape value propositions.
  • Leverage insights to refine positioning and proactively respond to shifting market dynamics.
  • Oversee all digital and traditional B2B channels (SEM, SEO, email, paid media, ABM, content, events, affiliates) for full-funnel acquisition, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Optimize marketing investment for maximum ROI and sustained share of voice (SOV) in key verticals and regions.
  • Oversee the development, management, and allocation of marketing budgets across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Regularly analyze marketing spend effectiveness, identifying opportunities for cost efficiencies and reallocation of resources to high-performing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel retention and loyalty programs, utilizing email, push, events, and product-driven communications to increase engagement and long-term value.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide coaching and professional development opportunities, supporting team growth and diversity.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and measurement, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with global and regional priorities.
  • Adapt assets and messaging for local market relevance; manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners as appropriate.
  • Establish and track KPIs, creating robust dashboards to measure campaign and pipeline impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, report outcomes to leadership, and drive marketing effectiveness.
  • Relevant Experience. 6+ years in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in the travel industry is required — e.g., travel tech, distribution, hospitality B2B, OTA, TMCs, consolidators, or related sectors.
  • Strategic & Execution Ownership. Track record of developing and executing annual marketing plans, go-to-market strategies, and multichannel campaigns across regions.
  • Global Marketing Experience. Experience leading marketing across multiple international markets with the ability to adapt global strategies to local needs.
  • Channel & Campaign Expertise. Strong understanding of key marketing instruments such as performance marketing, PR, CRM, events, social media, partner marketing, and acquisition channels.
  • Budget & ROI Management. Hands-on experience owning and optimizing marketing budgets, improving ROI, and reallocating spend across channels or regions.
  • Project & Team Leadership. Strong project management and multitasking skills. Experience managing teams, agencies, or cross-functional contributors.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Able to influence senior stakeholders, collaborate effectively, and build alignment across units.
  • Proactive Work Style. Operates independently, drives initiatives without micromanagement, and adapts quickly in fast-paced environments.
  • Language Skills. English fluency at C1 level or above. Additional languages are a plus.
