  • Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the strategic content calendar for each channel, balancing brand and performance objectives.
  • Oversee native content for various platforms (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, X, Threads, Stories, Feed), ensuring appropriate language and format adaptation.
  • Produce and lead organic content initiatives during activations, behind-the-scenes, events, and external recordings.
  • Perform basic video editing including short cuts, music tracks, and text overlays when required.
  • Ensure translation, localization, and adaptation of materials from HQ, maintaining consistency with the Brazilian audience.
  • Create creative briefs for designers, creators, and photographers based on communication and product goals.
  • Monitor trends and opportunities for real-time marketing.
  • Generate weekly and monthly management reports with KPI analysis and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate directly with Branding, Merchandising, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) teams.
  • Job Requirements
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
  • Excellent written communication in Portuguese and English.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and metrics (engagement, CTR, ER, watch time, reach, growth, and retention).
  • Basic knowledge of paid media and content boosting.
  • Analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Creativity, cultural awareness, and mastery of digital trends.
  • Solid experience with social networks in fashion, e-commerce, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Proficiency with tools such as TikTok Analytics, Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, and social listening platforms.
