About the Company and Role: Keller Law Group is a fast-growing immigration and criminal defense law firm building a strong digital presence to match its reputation in court. We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Marketing Specialist who can help design, launch, and grow the firm’s social media, content, and digital marketing systems. This role is ideal for someone with social media expertise and content strategy skills, who can help turn the firm’s reputation into consistent digital visibility and inbound client trust. Key Responsibilities ● Build, manage, and grow social media channels (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). ● Assist in creating and editing video content (scripts, posting, optimization). ● Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand voice and firm goals. ● Manage YouTube channel setup, posting, and SEO optimization. ● Design marketing assets (thumbnails, graphics, posts) using Canva/Adobe. ● Track and report marketing performance metrics (leads, engagement, conversions). ● Collaborate with leadership and intake team to ensure messaging consistency. Must-Have Qualifications ● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and content strategy. ● Strong knowledge of social media platforms and growth tactics. ● Experience in video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools). ● Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal). ● Strong project management and self-direction. Nice-to-Have Qualifications ● Experience in legal marketing or professional services marketing. ● Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM/automation tools. ● SEO, paid ads, or funnel marketing experience.
