- The role you’ll play
- You're the behind-the-scenes force powering precision and performance in our marketing engine. As a key link between data, systems, and strategy, you’ll help us deliver seamless campaigns, accurate reporting, and actionable insights that accelerate demand generation and partner success. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, automation, and continuous optimization.
- Own the setup, execution, and optimization of marketing automation workflows, list segmentation, and campaign tracking within HubSpot
- Ensure data flows smoothly between platforms by monitoring integrations, performing QA checks, and resolving discrepancies quickly
- Act as a go-to expert for HubSpot operations, keeping our platform usage sharp, current, and scalable
- Analyze and report on key marketing metrics, uncovering insights that fuel decision-making and campaign performance
- Maintain a clean and consistent data environment across systems, upholding documentation and data governance standards
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and RevOps teams to align systems with business needs and growth goals
- Spot opportunities to automate manual processes, improve lead flow, and streamline the tech stack
- Stay curious, ask questions, and share ideas—we value learning, iteration, and thoughtful experimentation
- Experience you bring
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns and integrations in HubSpot
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data modeling) and SQL (query writing, data analysis)
- Familiarity with lead generation workflows and sales funnel mechanics
- Experience interpreting website performance through GA4, including UTM tracking and traffic analysis
- Strong attention to detail with a knack for identifying issues before they become problems
- Self-starter energy with a collaborative mindset and a desire to make systems smarter
- Excellent documentation habits and a proactive approach to process improvement
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities while maintaining focus on data accuracy and outcomes
