Role Overview: I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing VA to help with weekly Google Business Profile tasks, daily LinkedIn outreach, and administrative support. This is a long-term role for someone who wants stable weekly work and is excellent at following simple SOPs. Weekly Responsibilities: 1. Google Business Profile (GMB) Create 1–2 posts per week for 2 locations (my agency + an HVAC client). Upload and geo-tag images using GeoImgr. Add keyword-rich descriptions to all posts. Perform basic profile optimization. 2. LinkedIn Outreach (Daily) Send 100–150 connection requests per day. Follow my specific saved search filters. Send DM sequences (I will provide the copy). Track all responses in a Google Sheet. Move warm leads into my CRM (GoHighLevel). Goal: Book calls on my calendar when leads are qualified. 3. Application Support Apply to remote marketing/media buyer jobs on my behalf using my templates. Submit applications via LinkedIn Easy Apply + Upwork. Track all applications in a spreadsheet following simple qualification rules. Requirements: ✅ Strong written English. ✅ Very reliable and detail-oriented (you must be able to follow clear SOPs). ✅ Required: Experience with LinkedIn outreach. ✅ Preferred: Experience with Google Business Profile management. ✅ Stable internet connection. ✅ Available Monday–Friday. Role Details: Hours: 10–15 hours per week (approx. 1–2 hours per day). Schedule: Monday–Friday. Pay Rate: $4–$6 per hour (depending on experience). Perks: Weekly pay + Bonuses for every booked call.
