Partner with the best The Master Scheduler is responsible for developing and maintaining the integrated master production schedule (MPS) to ensure alignment between customer demand, manufacturing capacity, and material availability. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency, minimizing lead times, and supporting on-time delivery performance across a diverse and technically complex product portfolio. As a Master Scheduler, you will be responsible for: Developing and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets. Collaborating with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Sales to ensure schedule feasibility and alignment with business priorities. Analyzing capacity constraints and propose solutions to optimize throughput and resource utilization. Monitoring and adjusting schedules to respond to changes in demand, supply disruptions, or engineering changes. Leading SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes and contribute to strategic planning initiatives. Maintaining scheduling parameters in ERP systems and ensure data accuracy. Generating reports and KPIs to track schedule adherence, production performance, and inventory levels. Supporting new product introductions and engineering change management from a scheduling perspective. Identifying and implement continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling processes Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in production planning or scheduling in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Need Strong understanding of MRP/MPS systems and ERP platforms (Oracle, Cyberplan or similar). Have experience with complex BOMs, make-to-order and engineer-to-order environments. Have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Be proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; Power BI is a plus. APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is highly desirable. Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
