Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brazil Medical Affairs Operations Manager to join our team within the Value & Implementation (V&I) Global Medical and Scientific Affairs (GMSA). This role is pivotal in supporting the Country Medical Director (CMD) in implementing the GMSA vision and mission. Your Key Responsibilities Standardize and harmonize local processes, including Field Medical, Insight management, and nonpromotional medical education programs. Evaluate local regulations and their impacts on Medical Affairs interactions. Identify improvement areas and promote compliance with local country requirements for LATAM GMSA activities. Collaborate with GMSA staff at local, regional, and global levels for seamless task execution. Assist in developing the Country Medical Affairs Plan (CMAP) and support the CMD in achieving departmental goals. Collect and analyze KPIs for the cluster team, aligning them with the GMSA strategy. Track strategic projects, including LDGs, ensuring timely progress and completion. Manage the budget, optimizing resources effectively and championing process optimization using approved platforms and systems. Collaborative Excellence Required Bachelor's degree. Solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in Medical Affairs. Strong strategic planning, organization, and persuasive communication skills. Excellent collaboration, teamwork, and influencing abilities. Top-notch interpersonal communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage, coach, and develop matrix team members, with solid business acumen and project management skills. Fluency in English and Portuguese.
