About the role The Medical Education Analyst is instrumental in advancing the strategic and tactical execution of Professional Training and Education programs across Latin America. This role is central to gathering and analyzing data to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of educational initiatives. With superior organizational and multitasking abilities, the analyst handles data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting, ensuring data-driven decision-making and program enhancements. Additionally, the analyst supports meeting planners and utilizes their expertise in the event management system to ensure flawless event execution. A key responsibility also includes auditing all processes and documentation related to educational programs to guarantee adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements. Through their contributions, the analyst also indirectly enhances the visual and material aspects of event presentations, ensuring that each event is engaging and professionally presented. What You Will Be Doing? Gather the necessary information to build and maintain a comprehensive MedEd database, ensuring the accurate generation and timely delivery of reports to inform relevant stakeholders. Identify requirements and expectations for each educational event. Support the planning and management processes, including collaboration with registrations, approvals, and attendee logistics. Guarantee event details post-completion, including the updating the event management system with final data and evaluating customer satisfaction to enhance future events. Manage the submission and approval processes for faculties’ lectures, ensuring compliance with program standards and timelines. Provide on-site support, when needed, for local events, ensuring seamless execution and adeptly managing any unforeseen challenges. Oversee the allocation and maintenance of regional shared educational equipment essential for executing events efficiently. Submit and monitor government reporting requirements. Regularly audit all processes and documentation related to educational programs to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements. Schedule and organize multiple activities simultaneously, completing routine and critical tasks with thoroughness, accuracy, and attention to detail. Work independently on multiple programs and tasks, supporting event-related projects across various stakeholders. Proactively identify areas for process enhancement and drive efficiencies within the team and broader organizational practices. What will you need to be successful? Education: Bachelor’s degree in communication, events, marketing or business-related field desired. Language: Fluent in English strongly preferred. Spanish is a plus Proficient knowledge of Cvent Proficient knowledge of Microsoft 0365, particularly on Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, events, medical education and or training strongly preferred. Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry preferred. Competences: Innovative and resourceful Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking, time management, and attention to detail Accuracy in the completion of received tasks Excellent oral and written communications skills Work independently, with the ability to seek supervision as needed Proactive self-starter, ability to work both independently and as a team member You.
