Paid Social (META) designer wanted for gif and light motion work. REQUIRED: Attach your portfolio, or add in a link to your online portfolio. We are a fast moving digital agency partnering with iconic consumer brands. We are looking for a designer/editor who blends motion design, light video editing, and performance driven thinking to produce Meta ads that stop the scroll and convert. This role is ideal for someone who understands what works on paid social, knows how to move quickly, and is energized by producing high quality creative for DTC brands. 🔍 What We’re Looking For In the spirit of clarity, here are a few must haves: - Proven experience creating Meta specific ad creative for DTC ecommerce brands - Strong sense of pacing, hooks, and on-platform storytelling - Ability to work fast without sacrificing polish - Extremely efficient output - A portfolio that shows short form motion design and light video editing - Availability in Asana and Slack 🛠️ Sample Responsibilities ✅ Motion and Video Creative - Short form motion design pieces for Meta - Light editing of UGC clips and brand footage - Creating text treatments, transitions, and simple animations - Building multiple ad variations for creative testing - Turning raw ideas into scroll stopping assets ✅ Meta Creative Requirements - Prepping exports based on Meta specs - Adjusting creative to fit placement needs - Producing quick iterations based on performance data - Supporting new creative testing cycles each week Final Notes This is an opportunity to work with a small, sharp team that values speed, clarity, and great creative.
