Opportunity Overview: We are looking for a highly experience lead generation Meta Ads +creative Media buyer to come into our company, and take over our clients ad accounts, whilst giving us complete confidence that results will always be under control at all times. We are looking for somebody who has experience doing lead generation campaigns for "Corporate" Industries - For example, Insurance, Financial Advisors, Tax, Law Firms...etc Our clients a local service business in the United States - their monthly advertising budget is $1,500-$3,000 per month ad spend Our monthly pay to you would be up to - $500/month (USD) per ad account managed Requirements: Minimum 2+ years experience crafting, managing and optimising Meta Ads campaigns Specialize in lead generation campaigns Must design and create your own creatives for ad campaigns Have experience effectively working with 8+ active clients at one time Have worked with clients in the United States Has experience using CRM’s & automation softwares - ideally GoHighLevel We are searching for a professional who is independent, and can complete their work daily without the need of constant communication…. Someone who is pro-active, who sees when changes need to be made before the issues arrive, rather than someone who waits for issues to appear. Someone who is data-driven, who understands how to read Meta Ad metrics, and make data-backed decisions on how to scale campaigns and improve results. This person must also be able to communicate results effectively with us, in short and concise reporting so we have confidence in what is going on for all of our clients, so we can report the same to the client. We are building a company here, so this is a progressive role where you can progress from a media buyer into operational positions where you manage all of our media buyers - the chance for you to progress into different roles and progress in your financial situation. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Creating detailed and purposeful meta ad strategies (purpose begin the campaign, angles, hooks, and conversion) Set-up of Meta Ads Campaign Design and creation of ad creatives for all accounts Management of Meta Ad accounts Optimizing and scaling meta ad accounts to constantly improve results, and lower customer acquisition cost Reporting results achieved and actions taken on a weekly basis (Friday reports) WHAT WE OFFER: Monthly payment per ad account (salary) - $500/month (USD) Remote working Opportunity for growth and progression within the company Respectful and nourishing work environment, where every opinion is heard and everyone is encouraged to be an active part of the organisation structure Please be prepared to showcase proof of work and results
