You Have: * 3 years’ previous experience in marketing, advertising, or managing Social Media Ads accounts including Facebook and Instagram. * Must have experience working with Facebook Business/Ads Manager. * Consistently exceeding your goals. * Hustle and determination. * Ability to adapt to new situations quickly in an ever-changing industry. * Positive, confident, energetic “can-do” attitude. * Google Analytics experience preferred. * Google Ads experience preferred. * LinkedIn ads experience preferred. * YouTube ads experience preferred. * Some experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results. * Detailed-oriented and organized * Enjoys learning new things Responsibilities: * A Social Media Advertising Specialist will manage and execute multiple ad campaigns including but not limited to audience research, account setup, campaign configuration and implementation. * Experience with Facebook and Instagram services, including Ad Manager, Business Manager, Audience Insights, Facebook Analytics, and Facebook Pixels. * Collaborating with clients or leadership to determine the goals of advertising projects and strategizing plans to meet those goals * The ability to deploy an effective lead nurturing campaign strategy. * Perform post-campaign analysis to determine performance and ROI. * Provide regular reporting on client ad performance to the project management team and to senior management. * Overseeing the design and content of an advertising campaign to ensure it meets the needs of the target audience * Work with all aspects of Social Media advertising including but not limited to automation, ad scheduling, conversion tracking, video ads, etc * Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying. * Testing variations of ads to determine best performing * Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports. * Controlling the advertising budget to manage expenses and maximize the return on investment * Managing and overseeing campaigns and analyzing results from each campaign to determine what was successful and what to improve for the next campaign * Leading brainstorming sessions with team members to cultivate ideas for new advertising campaign concepts, including content and design elements
