We run an online self‑development/coaching program (digital course + community) and are looking for an experienced performance marketer to run a focused acquisition sprint using Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. We already have some traffic and interest but lack a clean view of our funnel and consistent, profitable acquisition. The goal of this project is to design and execute a 30–60 day pilot that: fixes our tracking and data, improves our landing/checkout performance, and validates our paid acquisition economics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, payback). Scope of work The freelancer will be responsible for: Funnel & account audit Review existing Meta and Google Ads activity (if any), landing page, checkout, and tracking setup. Deliver a concise audit with prioritized issues and “quick win” recommendations. Tracking & measurement setup Implement or clean up GA4 + Google Tag Manager. Set up Meta Pixel & Conversion API and Google Ads conversion tracking so leads/purchases are tracked accurately. Ensure we can see key metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, MER, and basic cohort/offer performance. Campaign build & testing (Re)build Meta and Google campaigns focused on lead generation / purchases for the program. Structure campaigns, ad sets/ad groups, and audiences/keywords for efficient testing. Create or brief simple ad creatives (copy + basic static/video variants) using our existing brand assets. Define a clear creative and offer testing matrix (hooks, angles, CTAs, formats). Optimization & reporting Run a small but focused test budget over 4–6 weeks. Optimize campaigns based on performance data, not vanity metrics. Provide weekly check‑ins with key numbers (spend, leads, sales, CPL/CPA, ROAS, top audiences/creatives, landing-page insights). Deliver an end‑of‑sprint summary with a recommendation to scale, adjust the offer/funnel, or pause paid acquisition.
