I’m looking for an experienced paid ads specialist to manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads for a residential real estate property. The main goals are: Generate high-quality leasing leads Increase scheduled tours Improve overall conversion rates Optimize campaigns for cost-efficient results What You’ll Do: Set up, manage, and optimize Meta & Google campaigns Create strategic audience structures (retargeting, lookalikes, interest-based, etc.) Build ad variations and recommend creative direction Analyze performance and provide insights & recommendations Set up conversion tracking and ensure data accuracy Monitor budget pacing and lead quality Collaborate on landing page and funnel improvements (if needed) Ideal Candidate: Proven experience running ads for real estate, multifamily, property leasing, new developments, or similar Strong understanding of lead generation + booking funnels Data-driven and proactive with optimization Understands fair housing ad requirements Creative eye — knows what performs well for property ads Fluent in English, great communication Project Details: Ongoing monthly management Approximately 2–4 hours per week depending on performance cycles Creative guidance + campaign strategy needed, not just “set and forget” Please include in your proposal: Examples of real estate campaigns you’ve managed Key results (CPL, conversion rates, tour bookings, etc.) A quick note about your approach to optimizing real estate ads Your monthly management rate Our expected monthly budget for this role is between $300–$400.
